Craig Chapman

Craig got his career off to a big, Texas-style start in the hotel industry, working as an assistant manager in Austin. Here, he learned the importance of personalized customer service as the mainstay of guest relations, anticipating needs and going the extra mile to earn loyalty. In 2010, Craig turned his eye to the events industry, moving to Houston to deploy his skills at a convention center, arena and stadium. During eight years of gaining experience in tradeshows, corporate parties and events, large conferences, outdoor runs, concerts and sporting events, Craig marshalled his tireless work ethic and positive attitude to forge strong relationships. He continues to bring his special brand of enthusiasm and know-how to his leadership role at Metro Events.
