Michael San Gaspar

Michael started his career in the Bay Area, managing operations at a San Francisco International Airport restaurant. From there, he dove headfirst into event consulting and operations management, working for Off the Grid, Pure Partner by Design, Bond Events, Britany Barr Consulting, and Metro Events. Michael has managed big and small events for Fortune 500 companies and those in the pharmaceutical, tech, biotech, and non-profit sectors. He has also overseen countless celebrations ranging from holiday parties and weddings to Mitzvahs. At Metro Events, he focuses on operations and logistics to create exemplary experiences for corporate and individual clients.

What I enjoy most at Metro Events are the large multi-day conferences and meetings: seeing the build-out process, watching experiential components for the event activated, working with clients and vendors, and finding creative solutions to ensure these events are a big success.

When not at the piers, you can find Michael entertaining at home and mastering new recipes to share with family and friends. He has a passion for travel and loves discovering new restaurants, wineries, and experiences in Napa, Paso Robles, and Sonoma county’s Wine Country.
